Market operation held by PD Pasar Jaya at Elang Market, Jalan Pademangan Timur, Pademangan Timur Urban Village, Pademangan Sub-district, North Jakarta is welcomed enthusiastically by local residents.

Raria, PD Pasar Jaya’s Bazaar Caretaker, said transaction from market operation is Rp 10-11 million per day.
City Adds 259 Tons Beef Stock“The operation has been held since June 4 and will be continued up to July 17,” she said, Friday (6/10).
Stocks prepared for the bazaar are beef and chicken meat by 150 kg, sugar, wheat, and cooking oil by 300 kg.
“Generally, residents bought sugar for their stock,” she added.
Aksan (55), resident of RT 04/01, admitted the residents appreciating the bazaar. Especially to accommodate them getting cheaper staple foods.
“I had difficulty to buy meat. But finally I can buy it from the bazaar,” he stated.
